Ideal Live-Aboard

This is a new construction boat. What the hull, internal fitting and living sppaces were all finished in April 2009 and can be used now. To finish her off she only needs an engine, gearbox, shaft and fuel system, ie all the mechanical systems, and a paint job (she is primed ready).

The domestic and 12 volt systems are installed, as is the toilet/shower room, kitchen and living room. Lights and furniture are also in place.

Bow to Stern

Bow used as front-deck, gas locker and stainless steel water tank. Light Oak effect UPVC Door.

 

Lounge:

Walk down 3 steps into the spacious lounge, the step tops lift up for storage. The flooring throughout is engineered Oak veneer (laminate) over marine ply.

 

The lounge houses a new nautical white bar, stools and ships wheel. Small Proline fridge (for shoreline) and Vallor Willow solid fuel stove. The lounge also consists of a new table and chairs for two with matching upholstery to the bar stools. There is also a two-seater sofa bed which pulls out and extends fully to create a second occasional double bed. There are yellow and blue blinds in the lounge and a media storage shelf unit ideal for a television etc.

 

Galley Kitchen:

Ivory kitchen with chrome bow-handles, popular circular sink and drainer set into a light oak effect work surface. Built in Spinflo by Thetford, hob, oven and grill.

The kitchen also includes a new silver coloured Indesit washing machine suitable for shoreline. Behind the washing-machine there is wiring for a 12V fridge.

 

Bathroom:

Comprises of Jabsco Electric Pumpout Toilet (12v) the tank for which is housed under the bed in the bedroom. Shower unit (pump etc), door to pump and storage behind the shower, with Amazon chrome, safety glass shower door. Chrome heated towel rail  and large porcelain sink (big enough for two) with storage underneath (matching chrome bow handles as in kitchen). White wall cabinet with porthole glass detail.

 

Bedroom:

Comprises of built in double-bed with marine-foam mattress, ample storage under the bed and free standing white wardrobe (matching the bar) with ships wheel detail handles. Red blinds to the portholes, space for more furniture or bedside tables. The engine bay is located to the back of the bedroom which creates a large storage/shelf area and backdoor.
