The popular Broom Ocean 37 is equally at home on the inland waterways of Europe as she is cruising on the sea. The internal layout features a very bright saloon with large windows giving exceptional views. U shaped seating will allow eight to dine in comfort. Opposite the saloon is the lower helm position with single lever morse controls and full instrumentation.

 

Forward of the saloon and accessed via two steps down, is the forward V berth cabin. The forward cabin berths are full sized and their is ample hanging wardrobe space and stowage. On the starboard side the forward heads is larger thatn found on many current day cruisrs and has a toilet, hand basin with hot and cold water and a shower.

 

Aft of the saloon, on the port side, is the galley  A new cooker has been recently fitted to compliment the microwave and fridge. Cupboards and drawers give ample storage. A fire blanket and fire extinguisher have been recently added.

 

The spacious aft cabin would originally had a single berth on each side. This boat has had the Broom double berth convertion. The port side single is now a double and the starboard side single is now a seating area or a third berth, ideal if you have a young family member.A private heads with showermeans that you do not have to share with guests.

 

A full and current Boat Safety Certificate is valin until Aprill 2011.
