Dawncraft 30 6 berth aft cabin cruiser

 

Ideal family or first boat, the Dawncraft 30 has established herself over the years as being a very capable cruiser.

 

The narrow beam and hull profile make her a breeze to manage even if you are single handed.

 

This aft cabin, centre cockpit boat has an ideal layout for family use. The aft cabin has two single berths port and starboard. The kids will love this area and it give total privacy for the rest of the boat when they are asleep.

 

Forward of the aft cabin is the raised centre cockpit. The high position gives a great view out and is an ideal, when moored up, for bird and nature watching.

 

Forward from the cockpit is the main saloon area of the boat with a heads compartment and flushing toilet system on the left. A convertable dinnette to port is opposite the galley to starboard. The galley boasts a cooker with two burner stove with grill and oven and sink with cold water supply.

 

The forward sleeping area, in the forepeak, is a nice size double berth with a privacy screen.

 

Shore power is fitted and electrical points can be found in the aft and forward cabins.

 

This Dawncraft 30 has a drop down screen arrangement that allows her to navigate under every bridge on the Norfolk Broads. 

 

A new Boat Safety Certificate has just been completed and this expires in April 2012. In September 2007 the craft was lifted from the water, re-antifouled, the sterndrive removed and reconditioned and a new propeller fitted.
