The bathroom features an electric shower, basin and toilet. No holding tank or pump out is required for the toilet. 

Last year she was lifted out of the water and had all of her float system replaced. This has an expected lifespan of approximatley 20 years and cost the owner over £7000. All bills can be viewed.

The marina do not allow permanent liveaboard, but it is open 365 days per year with no restriction on when the Houseboat can be used. Annual mooring contract is £2300 per annum, VAT does not apply. Water is included and electric is on your own meter.
